When I reached 1385, I was able to say that - Lost Ark, unlike any other game, made it quite difficult to play with group - to the level where it does not feel as if it's an MMO.

Leveling - This is fantastic, as your progress in the quest is shared and you'll be flying through levels.

However, once you get to upgrades in gears / T1 or T3, it begins to get sucked.

In many other MMO's when I have a friend who is late to join I could invite them to join the current content and then pull them through to prepare them and play with them. But not in Lost Ark. All players who are just starting out must traverse T1 and 2 to get there. Slug between T1 and 2 in order to get to T3 (ok it's fast with express character and power pass). But that's not the worst. The worst happens in T3.

There is a small group of buddies looking to play with each other - however due to honing our luck/bad luck, some of us were Argos ready while some were still stuck on 1355. Also, in other MMO's we could have said "Hey friend, NP, let us take the argos through" But that's not what we did In Lost Ark. Didn't you get getting the chance to play? Don't worry, you can look at your friends playing Argos on their own, earning blood, gold, leapstones as they shoot further ahead!

Are you looking to keep up? Oh, how sad that you're not able to.

Then we started to channel mats into people with bad luck, but here's the issue Leapstones, crystals? NP! Do you want to give them gold? What about paying an additional 5% commission to assist your friend? The "I am unable to get to Argos while everyone else gets there, even though they send me gold and mats" nearly got the player stop playing.

Same for gear trading. "Hey I found this stone which would be very, very beneficial to you during the dungeon adventure we recently completed together?" This is 400g of the pheons' b ***** .

All in all, the only games that are played together include guardians (2x day 20 minutes) and abyss/raids (1x week, 1 hour in total) All other content is one-on-one.

The game doesn't seem like it was designed to be played in a group It's intended to be played as a solo game and the other players happen to be in the game also.
