The character reaches around 1500 intelligence, turning every point of intelligence into multiple layers of value. Instead of relying on traditional scaling methods like physical damage or elemental conversion alone, this build uses intelligence as the primary multiplier.
The core skill being tested is Kinetic Rain of Impact, a visually intense ability that drops repeated hits over an area, functioning like a hybrid between sustained AoE pressure and burst-style damage.
